Art Class Information

Studio sessions are designed to attend as a 'one off' or as a regular practise.  In the sessions, you will learn about the principles of Art making; mark making, tone & colour, form, composition and personal expression!  I will encourage you to develop your OWN personal style, and inspire you to include creativity into your lifestyle.  Rather than calling this a 'class' I prefer the term 'session' as the aim is to gather like minded Art-lovers to make Art together, in the ambience of a dedicated creative space.  Sessions available for Adults on Friday evenings and Saturdays, and a children's Saturday session as well.

Art Materials that are used in the sessions are based around an elemental practise:

Water & Water mediums feature heavily in my Art studio - I’m in love with Watercolours and Acrylics.
Fire is represented with my love of charcoal drawing.
Earth is represented by salts, natural pigments, pastels and chalks that I like to use in mixed media Art.
and finally

Air…. when I relax in my creative space I find that my breathing slows down. My shoulders relax and I find my flow.  I am dedicated to helping you find YOUR creative flow too!

Art is elemental, creativity is part of our DNA.  It's never too early, or too late to ignite your creative passion.
